Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We ensure to meticulously pack all orders with eco-friendly materials, but there is always a small chance of damage in transit. If you believe this has happened with your order, please email us at geruorganics@protonmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Submitting an unboxing video to us is mandatory to make any claims with the third-party courier company tasked with delivering your order.
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We aim to satisfy our customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience. However, please note that we cannot accept exchanges or return products/parcels.
That said, in exceptional cases, we will surely be happy to refund our customers. If you think your case is genuine, please email us at geruorganics@protonmail.com as it is the fastest way to reach out to us.
Once order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 days. We work to deliver as early as possible with best courier partners. If you do not receive your order within 12 days(for North India) and 15 days(for South India) from the day of order placement, kindly intimate us. We will resend a new one ASAP.
